Jonder is a recruiting platform that flips the usual process: professionals create an anonymous profile, and companies apply to them – including salary range, role and contact person right in the first message.

On a job board, you search for openings and apply. On Jonder, you get found. You use contact rules to decide who's allowed to reach out to you, and then choose whether to reply.

We started in construction and architecture. Today Jonder covers 44 professional fields, including real estate, skilled trades and technical roles, IT, commercial professions, sales, logistics, healthcare, and law and finance.

Nothing. Your profile, requests, chat, appointments and contact rules are permanently free for professionals. Optionally, you can add upgrades like "Highlight" or "Boost" for a few euros.

Not if you add them to your block list. Your profile is also anonymous by default: companies see your qualifications, but neither your name nor your current employer, until you reveal both during a conversation.

Contact rules let you define who's allowed to reach you – for example, only verified direct employers, above a minimum salary, with mandatory details about the role. Messages that don't meet your criteria are never delivered in the first place.

"Highlight" visually highlights your profile in search results for seven days. "Boost" puts your profile at the top of matching searches for 24 hours. Both upgrades are one-time purchases with no subscription.

The blue tie shows that Jonder has verified your identity and qualifications. Companies can see that your profile is genuine – while your anonymity is still fully preserved.

There are three plans: Basic at €99, Premium at €499 and All inclusive at €899 per month, each plus VAT. A one-time setup fee of €99 applies. With the Equal Rights Seal, you pay 50% less per month.

Companies with the seal search in blind mode: name, photo, free-text fields and dates that could reveal gender, age or origin are hidden. Only qualifications are evaluated. In return, the monthly fee drops by 50%, and candidates see the seal on every request.

Candidates set their own contact rules, such as "verified companies only" or "no recruitment agencies". The search only shows profiles that are reachable for your company. Verification is included from the Premium plan onward.

Yes. The All inclusive plan includes a REST API and webhooks. New requests, replies, approvals and confirmed appointments are delivered to your system automatically. You'll find the documentation under "Developers".

Plans can be cancelled monthly. You can change your plan yourself at any time under "Subscription & billing".

On a server in Germany. Candidate data is anonymized until released, documents are only accessible to authorized conversation partners, and every access by a company is logged.

Yes. In your settings, you can export your data as a file at any time and delete your account completely – exactly as the GDPR provides for.

We follow the WCAG 2.1 (Level AA) guidelines. The "Accessibility" menu at the top of every page lets you adjust font size, contrast, font, spacing, animations and a read-aloud function.
