Authentication

Create an API key under Integrations in the company area. Send it in the header with every request:

Limit: 600 requests per hour and key. Responses are JSON; errors follow the format {"error":{"code","message"}}.

Privacy in the API

Candidates remain anonymous until they reveal their name in a conversation. For companies with the Equal Rights Seal, blind mode rules also apply in the API. Only candidates you already have a conversation with can be retrieved via the API.

Webhooks

Jonder sends events via POST to your HTTPS address. Every delivery includes the headers X-Jonder-Event and X-Jonder-Signature (HMAC-SHA256 over the raw body). Failed deliveries are retried up to three times.
